The Monroe
A gin drink on the rocks with peach liqueur, orgeat, Peychaud's and orange bitters, and a splash of club soda. It is sweet and fairly strong at about 23% ABV.

Stir all the ingredients (except the club soda) over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Add the club soda. No garnish.
