City of Gold Sling
A gin sling with Old Tom gin, aged rum, allspice-cinnamon syrup, absinthe, pineapple and lime juices, orgeat, and Peychaud's bitters. It is lightly tart, sweet, and moderately strong at about 13% ABV.
