A Scotch cocktail with Cherry Heering, sweet vermouth, orange juice, and a little lemon juice. It is sweet and moderately strong at about 14% ABV.

- Different: Scotch instead of bourbon; Cherry Heering, orange and lemon juice instead of Campari; shaken, with a cherry.

A stirred rye and bourbon cocktail with tawny port, sweet vermouth, Campari, and white crème de cacao. It is off-dry and strong at about 28% ABV.
- Same: Whiskey, sweet vermouth and Campari, stirred into a coupe.
- Different: Rye and bourbon; tawny port and crème de cacao; only 1 tsp Campari; Carpano; orange twist.
